Andrew Mandere is a Quantity Surveyor registered by the Board of Registration of Architects and Quantity Surveyors with experience spanning over twenty five years in consultancy in the construction industry.
He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Quantity Surveyors of Kenya where he served as a Council Member, a Vice Chairman and a Chairman for four consecutive terms of two years each.
Mandere is also a Project Management Professional (PMP) and has been practicing Project Management since the year 2007. He is a Lead Expert in Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and Environmental Audit (EA) registered by NEMA. He is a lead Expert member of the Environmental Institute of Kenya.
Andrew Mandere holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Building Economics from Nairobi University. He has a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the same University. He earned a post graduate certificate in Environmental Impact Assessment and Environmental Audit from Africa Nazarene University and a certificate in Project Management from the Project Management Institute (PMI) as a Project Management Professional (PMP).
Socially Andrew Mandere has served as a member and Treasurer of The Kenya High School (2012 – 2015), Chairman of the Finance and Development Committee of St. Joseph’s Cathedral, Ngong (2014-2019) and is currently the Vice Chairman of the same Church Council.
Andrew Mandere cherishes mentoring young people and has sponsored a number of students through secondary and University Education.
