Alex M. Magembe is a registered Quantity Surveyor and a corporate member of the Board of Registration of Architects and Quantity Surveyors. He has practiced for over thirty (30) years for the government, churches and the private sector and during that time gained vast experience in: –
- All aspects of Quantity Surveying ranging from projects feasibility to projects closure and everything in between.
- Project Audit Services. These services include but not limited to audit of project conception and implementation review against best industry practices.
- Project Management right from inception to close-out.
- Expert witness in arbitration
Alex Magembe holds a Bachelor’s degree in Building Economics from The University of Nairobi. He is currently pursuing studies in arbitration.
Between 2011 and 2014 he was a Director with the National Construction Authority and was part of the initial team that laid the foundations of the authority.
Beyond professional engagements he has initiated and developed programs to support young men in his local Church and currently working on a mentorship program for the same.
Mr. Magembe is a family man and a father of a large family.
