About Clifford
Clifford Gathecha Mukiri is a Graduate Quantity Surveyor with a Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying from the University of Nairobi.
He has gained extensive experience in cost estimation, value engineering, tender documentation, contract administration, feasibility analysis, and final account settlement across diverse projects including residential developments, religious facilities, sports complexes, sewer lines, and roadworks. Skilled in leading industry software such as Master Bill Elite, QSCAD, Plan swift, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office, Clifford has consistently provided accurate and efficient solutions to ensure value for clients’ investments.
He is a Graduate Member of the Institute of Quantity Surveyors of Kenya and an active member of the Architectural Association of Kenya.
Currently serving as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor at Costek Alma, Clifford plays a key role in design and site meetings, offering cost control measures, feasibility studies, and contract preparation to align with clients’ budgets and project goals.
Driven by a passion for sustainability in the built environment, Clifford aspires to contribute to projects that balance profitability with environmental responsibility. His professionalism, teamwork, and strong technical background position him as a committed contributor to Kenya’s construction and real estate sector.
