About Alex
Mr. Magembe is an experienced project manager and registered Lead Quantity Surveyor, a corporate member of the Architectural Association of Kenya with long and all round experience having worked both in public and reputable private sector companies. He has an overall work experience of thirty-five years. He is well versed in project management, project cost estimating, cost control, tender documentation, tendering procedures, tender analysis and reporting, contract documentation, contract administration, contractual claims analysis and advice and final account preparation for a wide range of projects.
Mr. Magembe has held the position of project manager and project Quantity Surveyor for a number of successful projects and will bring to the team a rich experience that will be invaluable in contract administration.
