About Maurice
Maurice is a senior member of Costek Alma’s Cost Management team, specialising in high-quality commercial fit-outs for leading clients in the financial sector as well as new commercial and residential developments.
Since joining the firm in 2018, he has also gained experience across education, industrial, and government projects.
Detail-oriented and client-focused, Maurice is committed to delivering precision, excellence, and value at every stage of cost management. He is a Registered Quantity Surveyor with BORAQS and a member of the Architectural Association of Kenya (AAK).
